Rules of the prize game

Article 1

The organizer, the name and the purpose of the prize game

1.1. The prize game (hereinafter referred to as “prize game”) is organised by AHEMA DOO Skopje, located at Zagrebska 28 b, in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia (hereinafter referred to as: “organizer”)

1.2. The prize game will be implemented in accordance with the provision set out in these rules, which are mandatory for all participants in the prize game.

1.3. By participating in the prize game, the participants accept the provisions set out in these rules.

1.4. The rules of the prize game will be published on the website https://polleosport.mk/ before the start of the prize.

1.6. The purpose of the prize game is to promote the products sold by POLLEO SPORT

Article 2

Territory and duration of the prize game

2.1. The prize game will be carried out on the territory of Republic of North Macedonia.

2.2. The prize game will last to _________

Article 3

Participation conditions

All adult natural persons, residents of the Republic of Macedonia (hereinafter referred to as: “participants”) who accept the terms and conditions of these rules can participate in the prize game.

By participating in the prize game, the participants confirm that they are fully acquainted with the provisions of these rules and they clearly express their agreement with them.

Employees of the organizer of the prize game, as well as immediate family members are excluded from participation in the prize game. 

By submitting a photo, participants are deemed to accept the participation conditions set out in the rules.

Article 4

Manner of participation, prize draw and publication of winners

4.1. Every adult natural person who is interested in participating in the prize game must meet the conditions set out in the post where the prize game is published, within the duration of the prize game.

In the event of inaccurate information, the participants in the prize game bear full responsibility for it.

4.2. The prize draw will be carried out automatically by the method of random selection.

The winner will be published on our social networking sites Instagram and Facebook.

4.3. The prize draw will be controlled by a three-member commission.

4.4. The winners of the prizes will be published on the website https://polleosport.mk/

Article 5

Personal data protection

Personal information, such as first and last name, phone number, email address and photo are used only for the purpose of running the prize game and the organizer of the game will not use them for any other purposes.

This information is only available to authorized members of staff hired by the organizer of the prize game. This information is stored and processed only for the purpose and for the duration of the prize game. After the end of the prize game, this information will be destroyed/deleted appropriately.

Article 5

Prizes

The organizer will award a selection of products sold by PolleoSport

Article 6

Receipt of prizes

 6.1. The winners can collect their prized within 30 days after the draw.

The organizer of the prize game shall issue a certificate to the winner upon receiving the prize.

6.2. The prizes won cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person.

6.3. All obligations of the organizer towards the prize winner cease at the moment when the winner receives the prize.

Article 7

Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize game by notifying the participants via the daily newspapers.

Article 8

Dispute resolution

8.1. In the event of a dispute between the organizer and the participants in the prize game, such dispute will be resolved amicably. 

8.2. If the parties do not reach mutual agreement, all disputes between the organizer and the participants in the prize game will be resolved by the competent court in Skopje.

Article 9

Right to complaint

The dissatisfied participant in the prize game has the right to file a written complaint to the organizer of the prize game within 3 days from the day of the announcement of the prize winners, and the organizer shall respond to the submitted complaint within 7 days from the receipt day of the complaint
