I have a question related to product selection. Who can I contact?

I’ve seen that some items are not available for order through the Web shop, but they are in stores. Can I order or pick them up from the stores?
Unfortunately, you cannot order items from the stores through the Web shop because the Web shop operates as a separate business unit from the physical stores.
I’ve added a product to the cart, but the Web shop is indicating that the product is currently unavailable.
In that case, the product is, unfortunately, not available. You can inquire about the availability of the desired product by contacting us at the email address: shop@polleosport.mk so we can check with the relevant department.
How can I choose a different product option (color, size, flavor)?
You can find color, size, or flavor options for individual products on our website next to each product with the ability to select them. Click on the option to check their availability.
Why can’t I select a specific size?
The reason is that the desired size is no longer available.
How are customers informed if the ordered product is not available?
Customers are informed via the contact number or email address provided during order placement.
I’ve submitted an order, but I haven’t received a confirmation yet.

Do I need to create a user account to place an order?
Creating a user account is not necessary. You can complete a purchase as a guest by entering all the required information in the designated fields.
How can I create a user account on the Web shop of polleosport.mk and what information do I need to provide/enter?
Creating a user account is very simple. You can register before making a purchase or during the ordering process. In the website header, next to the shopping cart, click on the user icon and create a new user account. You can register by entering your personal information in the provided fields or by using your Facebook profile.
How can I change my user account information?
If you want to change your information, click on the user icon in the website header, which will take you to your user profile. On the left side, you can choose the option you want and update your information.
How can I change my password?
By clicking on the user icon in the website header, you can access your user profile. On the left side, you'll find the option to change your password, where you can enter your new desired password. Clicking "Next" will confirm your new password.
I forgot my password. What can I do, and can I retrieve it somehow?
Simply select the “Forgotten Password” option, and the system will guide you through the entire process.
Can I add a new shipping address beside the existing one?
Of course, you can. In your user account, select the “Address Book” option and click on “New Address.” You can now choose which address you want for delivery, either the old one or the new one you entered by clicking the checkbox next to the address. If you've already confirmed your order, please inform us of this change via email or phone.
Can I delete my user account?
If you wish to delete your user account, please contact us at the following email address: shop@polleosport.mk and we will remove it from the system.

Products
Are all Web shop products in stock at the central warehouse?
Most of the products are in stock in the warehouse, but if it happens that the product is not currently available, we will definitely notify you through the contact information left in the order (email or phone). Due to storage space limitations, a certain product range is ordered directly from our suppliers once the order has been placed and confirmed, and the customer will of course be notified of this.
Are there any deviations in the appearance of the physical product compared to the Web shop photo?
The photos published on the Web shop are symbolic, so deviations are possible.
Delivery
Which countries do you deliver to?
The Web shop polleosport.mk sends shipments only to addresses in the Republic of North Macedonia through a delivery service.
Which delivery service will deliver my package?
Shipments are sent through the Eco Logistics delivery company
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery to address:
Postage for orders over 1500 MKD up to 5 kg / delivery is free
Postage for orders under 1500 MKD / delivery is 150 MKD
Postage for orders over 5 kg / delivery is 30 MKD for each kilogram
When can I expect my package to be delivered?
The estimated delivery time for the package is 2 to 5 working days, if the item is available in the central warehouse. Due to limited storage space, certain product ranges are ordered directly from our suppliers and in this case delivery is extended by 5-7 working days. Of course, we will notify you of any changes or important information at the email or phone number provided by ordering.
The shipping address is different from the one listed on my account. Can I change it?
You can change your address by calling 078 887 222 or writing to shop@polleosport.mk. If the shipment has already been shipped, the shipping address can only be changed via the link sent to the customer by the shipping service.
What is the procedure if I can't pick up the shipment?
Don’t worry! If you are unable to pick up the package, the delivery service staff will contact you 2 more times.
If, despite three delivery attempts, you fail to collect the package, the package is returned to our warehouse.

Can you deliver the package to the Polleo Sport store?
With every new order you have the option of delivery to one of our stores in North Macedonia, so choose the one closest to you and the package will arrive as soon as possible, without paying additional postage. NOTE: When choosing delivery to the Polleo Sport branch, it is necessary to pay for the order in advance, after which it is sent to the selected branch.
How long does it take for an order to be ready for store pickup? Will you let me know when the package is ready for pickup?
The order will be ready as soon as possible, and it depends only on the availability of the ordered product in the central warehouse. If the product needs to be ordered from our suppliers, the waiting time will be extended by 2-3 working days. The buyer will of course be informed about all the actions taken and about sending the shipment to the selected store.

What is the procedure for returning and exchanging items and refunding funds? I have a complaint about a purchased product, who can I contact?

Can a product purchased through the Web shop be exchanged in store?
Unfortunately not, as the Web shop and stores are separate retail units. If the products were purchased through the Web shop, exchange is possible only through the Web shop.
Ја I lost the receipt from the packaging, can I still return the product?
To return or exchange the product, you need the invoice that you received in the package.
How do I know if you have received my returned product?
Once we receive your package, we will notify you in writing via email.
I received a shipment with a damaged product, what should I do?
You can exchange your product for a new, undamaged product or exchange it for any other product you want. In this case, contact us at the e-mail address: shop@polleosport.mk and send us the invoice number and a picture of the damage so that we can check and agree on further steps.
What is the best delivery service for product returns?
Polleo Sport uses the delivery service Eco Logistics and we are satisfied with their service. The decision is up to you.
I ordered the wrong product size, what can I do? I received the wrong product, who can I contact?
Report the problem to our e-mail: shop@polleosport.mk, as all exchanges and complaints must be recorded in writing. We will reply to your email with the exchange/return procedure as soon as possible. In the event of a product return, how is the refund paid?
The refund is normally made by paying the funds back to your transaction account, which you should send to our e-mail shop@polleosport.mk.
