Delivery conditions

The goods are delivered by express delivery within 3-5 working days. If the products are immediately available, delivery will be made within 72 hours of receiving the order. The user will be informed about the method of delivery at the time of ordering the goods (electronically or by telephone, depending on the method of purchase chosen by the customer). If the goods are not available, the Seller will notify the customer (in writing or by phone) about the possible delivery date. The customer can then accept the new delivery date or cancel the order. If the Buyer decides to cancel the order, the seller will refund the money within 2-5 days. When taking over the goods, the buyer is obliged to check for possible damages and immediately report it to the delivery person who delivered the goods or refuse to take over a shipment with visible external damages.

Other delivery conditions

Products will be packaged so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transportation. When receiving the product, the customer is obliged to check whether there is any damage and immediately report it to the delivery person who delivered the goods or refuse to take delivery of a shipment with visible external damage.

Shipping costs

The postage is 150 denars.

If the weight of the products is greater than 5 kg, the postage is increased by MKD 30 per kilogram.
