Terms of sale

These conditions of sale define the method of ordering, payment, delivery and return of funds, that is, complaints of goods that are offered on our side. Supplier (Seller) is Polleo Sport. A buyer is a visitor to the website, who chooses at least one product, adds it to the basket, pays with a credit card, e-bank, or a bank transfer (payment slip) and sends the order to the Seller.

The website www.polleosport.mk enables the sale of all products that are on the Seller's site.

If there are two or more actions/promotions in the same period, users cannot use more than one action when purchasing a product/s. Products that are currently on sale are not subject to the benefits of loyalty programs. Each user can purchase a product according to the discount/promotion that user wants to use.

The prices of the products on the website include VAT.

The currency is the Macedonian Denar.


 

Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Products can be ordered electronically or by phone at 078 886 333

If the Seller is not able to deliver all the listed items, he will deliver only those that he can, and he will inform the buyer by email about the deadline for delivery of the other products. The buyer can accept or cancel the delivery of the remaining items. If the Buyer does not have an e-mail address, he will be informed by phone.

 

Payment

Payment on giro account

  • Payment to giro account (internet banking, post office, bank)
  • All prices are expressed in the Macedonian national currency, Macedonian Denar, including VAT

Credit cards

  • American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Diners

Delivery

Right to cancel/return a product

The product can be returned within 15 days from the day of receipt of the shipment by attaching the delivery note, whereby the product must be unused, undamaged and packed in its original packaging with a label. Packaged products are returned via courier delivery service to the address you receive from our sellers. The costs of replacing products are borne by the buyer (depending on the weight of the shipment from 160 mcd to 1000 mcd), the exception is if the buyer received the wrong product. In case of refund, Polleo Sport has an obligation to perform the refund exclusively electronically to the account, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the user's account at the seller's request. The entire refund procedure may take up to 15 working days.

Exchanges are made exclusively online. The practice of exchanging products continues, they are only exchanged online and physical exchange is not possible in our stores.

After the courier service has delivered the package to you, please check the product and if there is any visible damage (torn parts or creases) or the product does not comply with your order, please do not ask us by phone on 075258295, Monday - Friday 09:00-16:00 or send us an email with your details (name, surname and phone) to the address shop@polleosport.mk and state the reasons for which you want to exchange/return the package. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment at the latest. Our operators will inform you about the further procedure as soon as possible.
