As a source of simple carbohydrates, Isotonic contains fructose and dextrose - easily digestible fruit and grape sugars that provide a quick source of energy.

This combination of ingredients, combined with the refreshing lemon and lime flavor, makes this drink your indispensable partner for every workout! The recommended consumption of this product is to dissolve one scoop (16 g) in 200 ml of water once daily, for use during or immediately after exercise.

Usage:

Pour 200 ml of water into a shaker, add 1 scoop (16 g) of powder, shake well, and consume during your workout.
